Five tips to lift more and stay lean: Stay strong and lean!

Body-building has reached a completely new level. People are daily setting new goals and are even working hard to achieve them. Where a few wants to be lean, there are many guys (mainly) who focus more on the strength-training and are looking for some serious gains.

Excuses won’t burn calories

So, it won't be wrong to say that body-building is not merely about fitness, these days. If you work-out and eat sufficient nutrients then you are likely to achieve your goal. But sometimes, knowledge also plays a crucial role in achieving fitness-goals. Today, we would like to help those body-builders who want to gain lean-muscles by providing adequate knowledge.

Here are some tips which will help you in lifting more weights and staying lean:

Lift with a beast


Yes, we want you to make stronger gym-companions. This will not only motivate you more towards a stronger-you but will also help you in learning new-techniques from you strong-peers. So, try to work out with someone who is a heavy-lifter and who will likely guide you towards the same path.

Don't underestimate walking


If you underestimate walking then there is no way that you will shed those extra kilos from your body. I order to gain lean-muscles, you must walk. This will not only burn some serious-calories but will also help you in warming up your muscle before workout.

Maintain weight-logs


It is very important to keep a track of the weight you are lifting and the patterns you have been using in order to increase weights. This will help in preventing injuries and in gaining strength.

Consume at least 25gm of Protein


Protein is the key ingredient of building muscle mass and hence, you must not skip it in any meal. You must consume at least 25gms of protein with each meal in order to maintain and increase your gains.

Re-arrange your weights


Re-arranging your weights is also very important in strength and endurance training. You might be thinking that there is no sense in re-racking your weights. However, you would be surprised to know the positive effect of carrying weights from one place to another. This will also help in making your spinal cord stronger.
