H&M Launches a Non-Gender-Conforming Apparel Range

by TIMC Tuesday, March 14, 2017

Good news to all ardent believers of inclusive fashion, H&M is adding a non-gender-conforming apparel range soon!
Fashion should always be inclusive.
The brand is launching a unisex line called Denim United, which consists of denim pieces like jeans, overalls and jackets. Other basics like tees, extra long button-downs and hoodies are also in the mix. Bonus points to the line because all the items are made from sustainable material like organic or recycled cotton. H&M stays true to its minimalistic ethos with this new range that will have pieces in very basic forms, colours and silhouettes apart from the denims. It is a big boost to inclusive fashion with a global retail giant like H&M launching a unisex collection. In the recent times, we have seen fashion more socially and politically aware. The launch of such a line by a mass consumed brand is a step further in understanding that fashion is constantly evolving and intersecting. No concrete details yet as to when this collection launches in India or in any country for that matter. But according to the official announcements by the brand,‘Denim United’ launches on March 23, online only at H&M’s official Until then, take a peek of the collection below.
