IPL 2018: Varun Dhawan to get a bigger paycheck than Ranveer

by Vibhuti Gupta, Thursday, March 29, 2018

Every Indian is crazy about three things in their life. First, food. Second, Bollywood and third, Cricket! Now what will happen if we tell you that you can enjoy all these three things at one place? Yes, you have guessed it right. The Indian Premiere League season 11 is all set to kick-start and Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Parineeti Chopra, Jacquueline Fernandez will be performing at the grand opening ceremony.

IPL begins on April 7, 2018

As per reports, Padmaavat star Ranveer Singh was making a whopping Rs. 5 crore for a fifteen minute act. However, if recent reports are to be believed then, Varun Dawan, who will take a two- day break from his upcoming movie Sui Dhaaga: Made In India will get paid approximately Rs 6 crore.

Has Varun's popularity overshadowed Ranveer? While we have no measurement to guage that, Varun has performed at the highly successful Dream Team tour and even managed to be the biggest star on board despite the presence of actors like Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt

Varun's Dream Team member, Parineeti Chopra will also join the actors on stage. Jacqueline Fernandez, who got sidelined by Katrina Kaif during her last IPL stint will return to the stage.

It will be interesting to see what will unfold on the IPL stage this time around. Will Varun steal Ranveer’s thunder or if there will be a face-off between Jacky and Parineeti. Don't forget to watch their performances!
