Imagine you are on your way for a super romantic dinner date, but half way through you realize that you have a bad breath. Come on! There is nothing to be embarrassed about it because it happens to all of us. But in such case, what should you do? You obviously do not want to keep your partner waiting but you cannot meet them while smelling inappropriately.

How can someone have a bad breath and not know about it?

Huhh, just like always we are here to help. We’ve combined a list of natural mouth-fresheners which will make you feel fresh and ever ready to kiss, every time. Have a look!


Here are 5 natural mouthwashes which will help you in combating against foul breath:

Apple cider vinegar Wash


Simply start by putting two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a cup of salt water and vanilla essential oil in a bowl and mix the ingredients well. Store the mixture in a bottle and you have your very own apple cider vinegar mouthwash.

Parsley and mint Wash


In order to prepare your very own parsley and mint mouthwash you take a blender, add two tablespoons of parsley, two tablespoons of mint a cup of distilled water for blending them all for about two minutes. Now, you must separate the residual from the liquid by pouring it through a strainer. Now, pour the clean content in a jar and close tightly. Only a tablespoon of this mouthwash must be enough for rinsing your mouth.

Cinnamon and clove Wash


It is relatively easy to prepare this mouthwash if you have essential oils with you. You can start by taking a cup of water and add at least 10 drops each of cinnamon and clove oils. Mix the ingredients well and then let it sit for about 10 minutes. You have now successfully made yourself an efficient bad breath rectifier.

Salt Wash


We all already know about the anti-bacterial and cleaning properties of salt which made us include salt wash in this list. It is a simple mouthwash which need a cup distilled warm water along with just a tablespoon of salt. You can use this mouthwash for rinsing your mouth any time you want.

Peppermint and tea tree oil Wash


You may start by adding a cup of distilled water, two teaspoons of baking soda, eight to nine peppermint leaves and two drops of tea tree oil in a bowl then mix the ingredients well, so that they combine. Just make sure that you shake the storage container well before using this mouthwash for rinsing your mouth.
