The top most secrets of airlines LEAKED: Have a look here!

by Unik Dhandhi, Tuesday, April 03, 2018

Airways are one of the fastest and most convenient ways of travelling, indeed. And it is undeniable that even the airline including their staff tries their best to satisfy their passengers. In today’s world where humans can fly, every individual is either boarding international or national flights for various reasons. The numbers of passengers are increasing every day.

The airplane stays up because it doesn't have the time to fall

In fact, private airplane sector is also booming. Now, the time is not far when people will stop buying cars and start investing in a private aircraft (possibly a 4 to 5 seated). But what about the airlines which have been keeping secrets from the passengers? Yes, you heard it right! There are a few things which the cabin crew will never announce to you during your flights.

From overbooking to missing bolts from the planes body, airlines have been hiding a lot of things from us. Here are some of the top most secrets of airlines:

Flights overbook!

Surprisingly, it is true. No matter, which airline you travel and which flight you take; they over-book every time and there is no legal right for the passengers to fight it. The truth here is that if a flight is booked less than 75 per cent then they won't be making any profits. This threshold capacity of passengers is known as 'load factor'. So, over-booking is a part of this whole process.

Useless panic masks

Do you remember those oxygen masks which hung out every time a flight hits turbulence? Yes, that yellow-colored mask! The biggest secret is that those masks are useless and are capable of providing oxygen for barely 15 minutes. So, even if your plane is about to sink, these oxygen masks will barely protect you.

Missing bolts

Have you ever encountered one or two bolts missing on the wing of your side of the plane? Well! You are not the first one to encounter missing bolts. Many people report missing bolts from the wings or other parts of the plane which are most of the times harmless (not always).

Closed-door secret

Cabin crew members are the ones making your flight worthwhile by trying their best for serving the passengers throughout the flight. Well! Here is the catch; the cabin crew's work starts when the entrance door closes till then it’s a no-pay day for them. This is also a reason why cabin crews close the door sometimes even an hour before take-off.

Pilot's food

Have you ever wondered what pilots eat? No, they don't eat passengers' buffet or anything brought from the outside. As the lives of the passengers and cabin crew completely depend on them, pilots are advised not to eat from a non-trusted source as they fear being poisoned to death.

Surprised? Well, you should be. Airlines have been keeping these secrets from us since the beginning of the time. Stay tuned for more lifestyle related updates.
