Kylie Jenner,20, is on a weight loss spree. She has lost 35 pounds already. Reports say that she is following some wacky diet that requires her to consume only 1000 calories per day.
Kylie has undertaken serious workout sessions with a team of expert trainers.
Kylie Jenner hasn’t left any stone unturned in reviving her super-slim figure. Kylie gave birth to Stormi Webster on February 1. This seductive lass has sworn to reduce her post-pregnancy weight. She reportedly gained 50 pounds that she’s working out to lose under the supervision of a trusted team of trainers. Kylie is focussing on eating clean and right which involves, “organic fish and chicken — nothing fried, no carbs,” a source revealed health magazine. “She’s also drinking detox tea and wearing her waist trainer.”
Here’s a peak at her gym routine. “She’s doing a lot of weights, cardio, running, squats and push-ups,” the insider reveals. “She’s also swapped carbs for raw vegetables. And she tries to ban anyone from eating junk food around her so that she’s not tempted.” People are saying that Kylie is going overboard with her post-baby weight loss.
“She’s counting calories and tries to stay under a 1000 calories a day while also working out three hours a day, five times a week with a personal trainer,” the source reveals, admitting that the reality star has become obsessed with getting her pre-baby body back. — So much that it’s reportedly drawn concern from her loved ones. “Friends are worried and have warned her to slow down, but she won’t listen.”
Kylie has reportedly started working out merely one week after giving birth to Stormi.
